COVID-19 Update - June 10, 2021

Following the most recent Public Alberta Health order, stronger province wide restrictions are in effect to stop the spread of Covid-19.  Currently, outdoor fitness classes are allowed up to 20 individuals, with a physical distancing requirement in place.  Wild Spirit SUP Yoga is committed to the health and safety of all its clients and we will follow all recommendations and current public health orders in place.

All of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each lake use so we dont transfer any aquatic invasive species between lakes which also aligns with covid protocols for reusable equipment sanitation.

Clients are encouraged to bring their own PFD but one will be provided if required.

Instructor and participants will maintain a physical distance of at least 2 meters at all times.

Anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms (such as cough, fever, runny nose, sore throat, or shortness of breath) must isolate at home and cannot participate.

If you have been in contact with someone with Covid-19 we ask you please do not attend class.

If you have been traveling or in contact with someone who has, we ask that you please do not attend class until you have completed your government required quarantine.

Wild Spirit SUP Yoga encourages men and women to get out and enjoy nature and the beauty of Lake Life! It's an opportunity to connect mind, body & spirit through the practice of yoga on the water. I am dedicated to providing a low risk, high excitement Paddleboard experience and an opportunity to get out there on the water and enjoy an awesome summer time activity!
