With years of Paddleboarding and Yoga experience, Sara combined her passions and opened up Wild Spirit Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga in 2016! Sara is grateful to be able to inspire, affect change and help transform lives through yoga on land and on water! She started Stand Up Paddleboarding in 2011, she is a Registered Yoga Teacher, has completed her SUP Training through Paddle Canada as well as being certified in Water Rescue, Standard First Aid and CPR.
Floating classes include attention to alignment, balance, body, and board awareness, and a full body workout in a fun and safe environment. All though sometimes challenging, classes are open to everyone who enjoys movement and wants to gain flexibility, strength and stamina while connecting to nature and enjoying the beauty of lake life! Sara's classes target your inner strength and will motivate you in a positive direction.
